Copper Cow Coffee isn’t just another coffee brand. With a passion for high-quality Vietnamese coffee and an emphasis on real ingredients—think cinnamon in their churro blend, vanilla in their vanilla latte, and actual lavender buds in their lavender coffee—the Los Angeles-based company has carved out a premium space in the coffee industry.

Their innovative pour-over format and sweetened condensed milk creamers bring an authentic, high-quality coffee experience to customers without the need for expensive equipment. But as they grew, so did the complexity of their ecommerce needs.

Faced with challenges in personalizing the shopping experience, increasing AOV, and seamlessly introducing new products and subscription upsells, Copper Cow Coffee needed a solution that could keep up. Enter Rebuy, the leading ecommerce personalization platform for Shopify.

ATC (add-to-cart) popups can do wonders for your AOV. For Copper Cow Coffee, they accounted for over 8% of the additional revenue attributed to Rebuy.

Rebuy Smart Search improved product discoverability, making it easier for customers to search and find exactly what they needed. And search, they did. Rebuy Smart Search accounted for nearly 10% of additional revenue.

Within an hour of our first call with our Rebuy account manager, we had set up Smart Cart and in-cart recommendations and started plugging in widgets on the product pages.
